1. Do I get tracking service?
Yes, as soon as your shipment is picked & booked by our representative you will be given Shippers copy which will have tracking number for your shipment. which can be used to track your shipment on our website.
2. Do you provide Insurance?
Yes, with every shipment declared value will be customers insured amount at no additional cost.
3. How safe is to ship with Zenith cargo?
Zenith cargo works with branded networks and reputed shipping agents at the origin & destination points of your package. We are an authorized agents for major shipping liners.
4. What is transit time with Air Shipping?
We have various options for transit time. You may choose from either our Economy service or our Express service. Our Economy service delivers within a 8-12 business days’ time and our Express service delivers within a 3-6 business days transit time for our International shipping services. Please call our customer support team to confirm transit times.
5. Do you provide packing service?
Yes, Zenith cargo can provide packing service at certain location, please contact our customer support team to learn if packing service is available at your location.
6. Do you provide door pickup service?
Yes, we do pick packages from ALMOST any part of the America, UK, Ankleshwar and Australia. Pickup charges may or may not apply depending on your pickup location. Additional charges may apply for out of area pickup or remote area pickup. Please contact our customer support team to learn about pickup charges for your shipment. Once you schedule your shipment on our website we will notify you if shipment is out of area coverage and cannot be pickup up.
7. What about Custom Duty Charges?
Custom duty charges are separate from shipping charges and are never included in shipping quote. Custom charges are ascertained by customs officer at destination country and cannot be ascertained at time of shipment. Custom duties are determined by destination country based on type of shipment, value of shipment, content of shipment and more. Please contact our customer support team if you have additional questions on custom duties.
8. What is actual, dimensional and chargeable weight?
All shipment are charged at chargeable weight (Volumetric Weight), chargeable weight is higher of actual weight and dimensional weight. For example if actual weight of your package is 5 Kg and dimensional weight is 10 Kg, chargeable weight of shipment will be 10 Kg.
